  • You object to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject for the processing of their personal data,

  • the personal data have been unlawfully processed and it is determined on the basis of this complaint,

  • the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject.

4. Data security

During the operation of the IT systems, the necessary authorization management, internal organizational and technical solutions ensure that their data cannot be obtained by unauthorized persons, unauthorized persons cannot delete, rescue or modify the data from the system.
